Definition

Inactive sites are sites which were active when submitted to the Directory but have since failed to meet the Directory's standards for activity in the relevant category. Inactive sites are periodically checked for activity, but are primarily listed for reference purposes. Inactive sites are deleted from the Directory if the url returns a "Page Not Found" error or if the forum, should the site be forum-based, is in maintenance mode.
